সমগ্র মানবসমাজের উপরই 'লেখাপড়া' একটি মানবিক দুর্যোগস্বরুপ।

 একটা ফ্রেঞ্চ স্টুডেন্টকে হিব্রু ভাষায় সমাস কারক সন্ধি বিচ্ছেদ শেখাতে গেলে ফলাফল তো ভয়াবহ হওয়ারই কথা!

দুনিয়ার সব জ্বরের রোগীকে পেরাসিটামল খাওয়ালে, সবার জ্বর সারবে এমনটা আশা করাও আবান্তর! পাঁচ বছরের বাচ্চা আর পঞ্চাশ বছরের বুড়ো দামড়ার থেরাপি নিসন্দেহে এক হবে না!

যদি তাই হয়, তাহলে আমরা কিভাবে আশা করি একটা ক্লাস রুমে পঞ্চাশ জন বাচ্চার সামনে মাস্টার মশাই চিরাচরিত লেকচার মারলে সবাই সব কিছু বুঝে দৈনিক পাঠ শিক্ষার পুরোটুকু গুষ্টি উদ্ধার করবে?

একটা স্টুডেন্টকে বাতিলের খাতায় ফেলার আগে আমাদের আরো সহনশীল হওয়া উচিত!

 Every student have different need, different skill, different dreams, different way of understanding things. It's not the failure of a student if he doesn't understand anything. Failure in the test doesn't make him slow or stupid! He just needs some other ways to be taught or to be treated!

Teacher has to figure out the way his students understand him. His job is no way lesser than a doctor. A doctor goes for heart surgery and saves a life! But a teacher can reach deep inside the heart of a student and light it forever!

একটা স্টুডেন্ট সব সাবজেক্টে সবজান্তা শমসের হবে এমনটা আশা করা অন্যায়! কারো ফিজিক্স ভালো নাও লাগতে পারে। হতেই পারে বিজনেস স্টাডিজ কারো কারো কাছে সাইন্স থেকে ইন্টারেস্টিং। কেউ কেউ আবার অঙ্কে ১০ পেতেই পারে...

If a single teacher can't teach us all the subject, then how could you expect a single student to learn all the subject to the point??

Please don't put a tag mark of 'Bad Students' to anyone anymore. Just because he doesn't understand your class never makes him a dull student!

If a student can't learn the way you teach, may be you should teach the way he learns.
